Bates Memorial High School
Established in 1951, the Bates Memorial High School is one of the longest existing educational institutions in Sangre Grande. We offer full time classes from Form 1 to 5, as well as after-school A'Level lessons, and Specialized Courses, for example music, etiquette, events management, and much more. Under the motto "Light & Truth", BMHS has been and is dedicated to not only giving its students the academic competences but also teaching them of their individual responsibility to be a light in their social and professional spaces by presenting them with the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. At BMHS each student is uniquely special and is encouraged to seek the purpose that God has established for his/her life. With a balanced curriculum, BHMS prepares each student for success on life's journey.
